XenDesktop 7 – SQL 2012 SP1 – Native Client – The current credentials have insufficient privileges to access the database server

Hi,

Problems with XenDesktop 7 – Database connection? Installed a SQL native client?

We’ll I found this out the hard way….

Citrix XenDesktop 7 will not connect to a database server if you have a 2012 native client installed on a XenDesktop Controller.
Deinstall the native client. Do a reboot and try again.
